MODIFICATION OF CHUTE FOR CLINKER

Location  : BRGY. AKLE, SAN ILDEFONSO, BULACAN

Duration   : APRIL 2022 – JULY 2022

Types of Work: 

Structural Works: (Fabrication and installation of drive frame, chute and additional tail platform. / Modification of access platform including stairs.)

Mechanical Works: (Dismantling and Installation of tail assembly, drive assembly including drive motor and gear box, conveyor belt. / Dismantling of existing chutes. / Installation of additional stringer and additional carrying and return roller and additional conveyor skirt assembly./ Fabrication and installation of new chute.)

Electrical Works: (Installation of IMC Pipes including supports. / Installation of Terminal Box with Terminal Block / Wiring and termination of control cable of instrument equipment. / Dismantling works and re installation of instrument equipment including IMC Pipe.)
