The work will consist of the performance of all labor and the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools and all services necessary for the complete Fabrication and Installation of Two (2) Units Cyclone at Oil Extraction Plant located at UCP Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.

• Provision, bending, machining works of Stainless ateel materials for the proposed two (2) units Cyclone.
• Fabrication of two (2) units Cyclone using stainless 304 materials.
• Dismantling / hauling of exixting cyclone tank.
• Installation of new Fabricated two (2) units Cyclone and tapping of existing ducting and discharge pipe at the bottom.
• Supply, fabrication and installation of 2”thk. Rock wool insulation fiber complete with riveted aluminum cladding of one (1) new cyclone.

All labor and the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools and all services necessary for the complete Supply, fabrication and istallation of Rockwool Insulation with Aluminum Cladding of APV Vessel and Piping at Glucose Plant located at UCP Bagong Ilog Pasig.

• Supply, fabrication and installation of 2” thk. Rockwool insulation fiber of the following equipment at Glucose Plant: APV and Plate Heat Exchanger A.

1. Steam supply pipeline size: 4”o x 5 meters.

2. Steam piping from Ejector Stainless to Plate Heat Exchanger “A#” size:280mmo

3. Wye Ducting between APV “A” & PHE “A”.

4. APV Vessel “A” including conical top & bottom.

5. SS Steam Pipe from APV Vessel “A” to PHE “B” size: 280mmo.
